If you need audio visual or presentation support kit, this can be arranged for a minimal cost by our meeting coordinators, or you can bring along your own equipment and we’ll help you get set up.

Our corporate concierge service is also included in your hire fee, to help your meeting attendees book hotels, make travel arrangements or arrange taxis if needed. We also offer plenty of on-site parking to make your meetings as hassle-free as possible for all your attendees.
